Chasen's primary focus is acquiring and developing properties in the Greater Baltimore and Washington DC markets that have significant value-add opportunities. Once complete, these properties have resulted in profitable sales and rentals for the company and investors. 

Our Development Team has a niche for creating significant value in existing buildings and raw land by using our analysis, zoning and design expertise.

Our General Contracting and Construction Management Team, specialize in new construction and major renovations for all of our commercial and residential projects. 

Additionally, we build, own and lease our portfolio of luxury rentals, which include; homes, apartments, co-working, and commercial space.
