Chasen Companies Ranks No. 79 on Prestigious FT Ranking of The Americas’ Fastest-Growing Companies 2023

For the second year in a row, Chasen’s growth lands the firm on the list with a CAGR of 118 percent between 2018 and 2021


BALTIMORE, March 31, 2023 – Chasen Companies, a leading multifamily, commercial, and single-family developer specializing in the Baltimore market with a growing footprint across the U.S., today announces it is ranked No. 79 on the Financial Times FT Ranking of The Americas’ Fastest-Growing Companies 2023.

The 2023 FT Ranking comes on the heels of Chasen Companies ranking No. 42 on 2023 Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000 Mid-Atlantic Regionals and No. 18 on the Inc 5000 National list in 2021. The real estate and development company, founded in 2017, has more than 75 properties, more than 1,300 units and more than 160,000 SF of commercial space.  


The FT Americas’ Fastest-Growing Companies 2023 is a list of the 500 companies in the Americas that have the highest growth in publicly disclosed revenues between 2018 and 2021. The FT list was compiled with Statista, a research company, and ranks entrants from across the Americas by their compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in revenue, between 2018 and 2021. To be included in the list of the Americas’ fastest-growing companies, a company had to meet the following criteria:

Revenue of at least $100,000 generated in 2018

Revenue of at least $1.5M generated in 2021

An independent entity

Revenue growth between 2018 and 2021 that was primarily organic

Headquartered in one of 20 American countries
