Chasen Companies Opens Vision Fells Point

The firm’s second coworking concept is located in The Madison

(Baltimore, MD) February 24, 2021 – Chasen Companies, a leading multifamily, commercial, and single-family developer specializing in the Greater Baltimore and Washington, DC markets, today announces the opening of Vision Fells Point, a 24/7 coworking space on the ground floor of The Madison, located at 1617 Eastern Avenue in Baltimore. Vision Fells Point is Chasen’s second coworking concept, with its sister site in Federal Hill. The new coworking space will offer 14 private offices, six private desks, two lounge areas, a conference room, a kitchenette, and a private phone booth.

“Over the last year, we have seen demand rapidly increase for shared, yet socially-distant workspace. Offices at Vision Federal Hill have been 100% occupied with a waitlist for months,” shared Drew Peace, Head of Business Development at Chasen Companies. “To meet the growing interest, especially in the Fells Point community, we decided to designate space for a non-traditional coworking environment in our latest boutique apartment complex to open--The Madison. Residents and neighbors alike can come to Vision and find a safe space to be productive in private but also collaborate away from the confines of their homes.”

Monthly memberships and day passes are available and include 24/7 daily access, high-speed business WiFi, and a large conference room equipped with a monitor for client meetings. To join the list, visit
