CHASEN COMPANIES ANNOUNCES PUTTSHACK AS THE FIRST RETAIL TENANT IN THE WHITNEY
Premiere mini golf experience will open in the Harbor East mixed-use property in 2024
BALTIMORE, MD (July 11, 2023)— Chasen Companies is excited to announce its strategic partnership with Puttshack, the world's premier tech-infused upscale mini golf experience. Puttshack is the first major retailer to sign a lease at The Whitney, Chasen’s five-story mixed-use property at 600 S. Caroline St. This collaboration marks an important milestone as Puttshack's first venture in Maryland. It is slated to welcome visitors in late 2024.
Puttshack will span 25,000 square feet on the ground floor of The Whitney, a historically significant five-story mixed-use property developed by Chasen Companies, located just steps from vibrant dining destinations and marinas. The property, formerly the home of the historic Meyer Seed Company for nearly a century, pays homage to Baltimore's rich history while embracing modern design and inventive technology.

The venue will also house two full-service bars, an outdoor patio with seating for nearly 50 patrons, and a private event space accommodating up to 100 guests.
