Chasen is among the first to bring its trusted home service to homes in Baltimore

(Baltimore, MD) December 28, 2019 – Chasen Construction and Development, a leading multifamily, commercial, and single-family developer specializing in the Greater Baltimore and Washington, DC markets, announces today it will be among the first to bring Hello Alfred’s trusted home help service to homes in Baltimore. The developer will introduce the residential experience service to four of its properties, including: The WilkesThe DarcyThe Courtland, and The Roland beginning in February.

Residents in Chasen’s designated Hello Alfred units will have access to human-centered technology and hands-on hospitality services to take care of daily tasks and to-do’s as part of their lease, including: 

  • Weekly tidy-up service including beds made to hotel standards, trash and recycling removal, kitchen surface cleaning, and more

  • Hello Alfred “Perfectly in Stock,” which restocks standard home goods without needing to request each time

  • Grocery shopping and delivery directly into kitchen fridge and pantry.

  • Dry cleaning and laundry pick-up and delivery directly to the tenant’s closet.

  • Digital move-in support - introduction to preferred movers, connections to utility providers, loading dock reservation support, handyman services and more.


Additional curated and vetted a la carte lifestyle services in partnership with trusted, local service providers are available through the Hello Alfred app such as:
